Our policy is to not disclose any confidential information about our clients unless specifically required to do so by law. Such instances may include a court order or subpoena, requirements of the Florida Bar, or a routine audit by our title insurers. This policy of non-disclosure is in addition to the requirements of confidentiality imposed upon us by the Florida Bar and the Florida Supreme Court, additional requirements with which we also adhere.
